THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Principal Expectations:

 

  • Launch 10 new Stories or Banners as part of Personal Loan Marketing initiatives
  • Use data to identify opportunities to acquire, engage and reactivate members and/or connect members with offers that help them build financial progress
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize all components of messages prior to launch
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Copy, Design and Brand to transform your ideas into compelling and personalized messages and/or product experiences

Mandatory Skills:

  • 2 years of professional experience in a quantitative field
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS, MIS, Math, Physics, etc.) preferred
  • Extensive experience performing A/B tests to execute growth marketing strategies
  • Strong familiarity with marketing analytics frameworks - email, push and in-app analytics preferred
  • Hands-on, high-capacity doer, multi-tasker
