THE DETAILS

Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (2x a week on-site)
3-4 month contract position

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

Partner closely with the Brand, Creative and Digital teams to transform the brand creative vision and strategy into holistic and engaging print and digital content
Responsible for concepting, pitching and overseeing the development of strategic creative executions.
Create creative assets using the full Adobe Creative Suite.
Deliver outstanding problem-solving and design sensibilities across a diverse range of mediums and channels.
Effectively completes a steady flow of creative projects for a variety of internal clients from Brand Development to Location Relationship Marketing (LRM), from Human Resources to franchise partners (both domestic and international), etc.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

5+ years of graphic design and production experience is required
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency with a project management tool such as Workfront, Asana, Jira or similar is required
Experience designing print and digital assets including signage, packaging, web, email, in app, social and digital display, etc. is required
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish
Experience with branding and identity design
Food and Beverage or CPG experience is preferred.
