THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• Oversee all aspects of the Canadian and US payroll processing 
• Manage the payroll audit and global compliance 
•  Create and establish best practices as it relates to payroll
• Supervise a payroll processing team of both direct and indirect reports
• Stay up to date on state, federal, and local payroll laws 
• Respond to questions regarding payroll
• Manage the year-end close process 

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting or Finance required
• 3+ years of leadership within global payroll preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading change for an organization
• CPP is a plus
• Experience with ADP Payroll systems is a must
