Extensive knowledge of global HCM best practices and US employment laws/regulations.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with the company's values and objectives.
Collaborate with Executive Board (EB) Members to identify HR needs and propose solutions.
Cultivate company culture and values, promote open communication, resolve conflicts, and address employee concerns.
Establish and analyze trends and metrics (KPIs) for HCM.
Devise and implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
Advocate for workplace safety.
Provide guidance, support, and coaching to local HCM Teams.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives across all HCM processes.
Foster regular virtual exchange, supplemented by physical visits as deemed appropriate.
Oversee global recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
Develop and implement onboarding and retention programs to ensure employee success and engagement.
Supervise the performance management process, encompassing goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Offer coaching and guidance to EB and middle managers on performance-related matters.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Data Reporting.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of global HCM best practices and US employment laws/regulations.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in human capital management.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in international human capital management.
