  • Establish and analyze trends and metrics (KPIs) for HCM.
  • Devise and implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Advocate for workplace safety.
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to local HCM Teams.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across all HCM processes.
  • Foster regular virtual exchange, supplemented by physical visits as deemed appropriate.
  • Oversee global recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
  • Develop and implement onboarding and retention programs to ensure employee success and engagement.
  • Supervise the performance management process, encompassing goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Offer coaching and guidance to EB and middle managers on performance-related matters.
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Data Reporting.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of global HCM best practices and US employment laws/regulations.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in human capital management.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in international human capital management.
