LOCATION

  • CHARLOTTE, NC OR DETROIT, MI - 100% remote for now, then will sit Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) when staff transitions back into the office after January/February.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Full Stack Salesforce Developer is an expert in the data analysis, design, testing, support and debugging platform configurations. The individual will drive the collaboration with the Scrum team and multiple business partners to maintain and improve system/application performance and stability:

  • Relationship/Delivery Management with Ally Fraud Business Teams
  • Use technical analysis, knowledge, creativity and company practices and priorities to obtain solutions to complex problems Maintain and improve system/application performance and stability
  • Create and maintain documentation of existing processes, procedures and code
  • Interfaces with business and technical teams to provide and obtain information, Data Analysis, and to build consensus regarding project direction
  • Support continuity of business and disaster recovery capabilities
  • Assures cross-functional team alignment for technical projects / requirements (Ex. Architecture, Platform Delivery) Performs sustain and operational support of Fraud Case Management tool
  • Responsible for releases, and project as it pertains to workstream responsibility and requirements elaboration Understand and apply business concepts to technical solutions through sound business analysis
  • Risk Assessments as applicable
  • Vulnerability Scanning of supported workstream applications, Incident / Problem Management Other duties as defined by management
  • Collaborates with other developers and provides significant contributions to develop specifications to resolve business client questions, problems, and to address enhancement needs.
  • Uses technical knowledge, creativity and company practices and priorities to obtain solutions to complex problems. Interfaces with senior management to provide and obtain information and to build consensus regarding project direction

 

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience including recent experience in both of the following:
  • 2+ years of experience in design, development (not just administration) and deployment of Salesforce applications 1+ years of experience developing Salesforce APEX classes
  • 1+ years of experience in DevOps / DX deployment for Salesforce
  • 1+ years of experience in data migration within Salesforce (in / out), using Data Loader or scripting
  • 2+ years of development experience in one of the following: Java enterprise (JEE), .NET / C# development, or AWS / cloud computing
  • 2+ years of development experience in relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle SQL, MS SQL, MySQL, etc.
  • 1+ years of development experience in Gitlab, Jenkins, or Dev SecOps 1+ years of development experience API integration (REST, SOAP, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in the Agile development methodology, including management software such as Jira, Version One, etc. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, debug and remediate software issues in an application sustain / support context Demonstrated ability to thoroughly understand the business client requirements and translate them into robust code / configurations Demonstrated organizational ability to manage workload in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated team focus and relationship building
  • Knowledge of and experience in all phases of software development, including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Financial Services industry experience
  • Familiarity implementing Federal fraud regulations and SAR systems Experience with SAML / Single Sign On
