- Lead a small team of 1-2 financial analysts
- Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for presentation to management team.
- Prepares and manages budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning, providing stakeholders with meaningful insights.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations on restructuring new and existing agreements to improve profitability.
- Recognize inconsistencies and initiate or manage corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A
- Ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, keen business acumen, and strong project management.
- Strong storytelling skills - articulate what the data means for the business and functional leaders
