WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of our firm's time and billing system.
- Provide data and end-user support to internal team and branches.
- Ensure data integrity and generate reports for Accounting and other departments.
- Support Service Titan and other financial systems
- Customize forms and develop custom modules
- Collaborate with the Financial Business Systems Analyst to develop custom solutions.
- Act as a liaison between different Accounting sub-departments
- Assist in resolving end-user and data issues for Service Titan
- Contribute to month-end time and billing closing processes.
- Support software application version upgrades and integration with third-party applications
- Propose and implement new processes to improve department efficiency.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor’s degree in with a focus on Financial Systems, Accounting, or a closely related field of study
- 5+ years of experience with Financial Systems Management
- Strong knowledge of Service Titan and Service Titan modules
- Experience with implementations
- Understanding of accounting transaction flows
- Ability to analyze and collect data to make informed decisions.
