WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Assist in system implementation process, including support for project management, design, testing and training
Provide incident management support to business end users, manage service requests with Oracle Cloud and work with IT group and/or third-party consultants to resolve system issues as needed
Manage internal controls compliance and system security, including user accounts, permissions and access rights and approval workflows
Support system monitoring and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of data, including testing during initial implementation and future quarterly updates
Manage and help implement system configurations, including certain custom report specifications, EPM Automate, business rules and security configurations
Manage metadata directed by business end users, such as account hierarchies, hotel site IDs and attributes, report designs, interfaces and/or workflows
Work with IT department to manage interfaces with external applications
Manage and help develop training materials and assist in ongoing training for new or existing employees
Partner with IT department to manage future upgrades and enhancements
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Financial background and general understanding of GAAP accounting
Knowledge of the following Oracle Cloud applications is preferred: ERP, EDM, EPM, PBC and/or FCC
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to provide excellent customer service and collaborate between teams
Ability to manage and improve policies and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science/Information Systems or a related field
