WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

• Assist in system implementation process, including support for project management, design, testing and training
• Provide incident management support to business end users, manage service requests with Oracle Cloud and work with IT group and/or third-party consultants to resolve system issues as needed
• Manage internal controls compliance and system security, including user accounts, permissions and access rights and approval workflows
• Support system monitoring and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of data, including testing during initial implementation and future quarterly updates
• Manage and help implement system configurations, including certain custom report specifications, EPM Automate, business rules and security configurations
• Manage metadata directed by business end users, such as account hierarchies, hotel site IDs and attributes, report designs, interfaces and/or workflows
• Work with IT department to manage interfaces with external applications
• Manage and help develop training materials and assist in ongoing training for new or existing employees
• Partner with IT department to manage future upgrades and enhancements

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Financial background and general understanding of GAAP accounting
• Knowledge of the following Oracle Cloud applications is preferred: ERP, EDM, EPM, PBC and/or FCC
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and collaborate between teams
• Ability to manage and improve policies and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science/Information Systems or a related field
• 5+ years of financial systems support experience
