WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Manage in the system implementation process, including support for project management, design, testing and training
  • Generate reports for the integration committee and executive partners
  • Partner with internal and external partners to ensure the full potential of the Oracle application is utilized; define, build, test and implement enhancements that align to business needs.
  • Support system monitoring and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of data, including testing during initial implementation and future quarterly updates
  • Manage and help implement system configurations, including customers, suppliers, email, notifications, business processes, assets, bank accounts, EIB import tax, GL, worktags/ dimensions 
  • Develop reporting and analytical needs for the business, including dashboards and analytics in Oracle.
  • Work with the Accounting & IT department to manage interfaces with external applications
  • Proactively identify ways for the team to improve and assists to implement changes
  • Manage and help develop training materials and assist in ongoing training for new or existing employees
  • Partner with IT department to manage future upgrades and enhancements

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 4+ years experience of Oracle Fusion administration 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or IT
  • Knowledge of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close process
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and enhance projects from design to implementation
