WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Manage in the system implementation process, including support for project management, design, testing and training
Generate reports for the integration committee and executive partners
Partner with internal and external partners to ensure the full potential of the Oracle application is utilized; define, build, test and implement enhancements that align to business needs.
Support system monitoring and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of data, including testing during initial implementation and future quarterly updates
Manage and help implement system configurations, including customers, suppliers, email, notifications, business processes, assets, bank accounts, EIB import tax, GL, worktags/ dimensions
Develop reporting and analytical needs for the business, including dashboards and analytics in Oracle.
Work with the Accounting & IT department to manage interfaces with external applications
Proactively identify ways for the team to improve and assists to implement changes
Manage and help develop training materials and assist in ongoing training for new or existing employees
Partner with IT department to manage future upgrades and enhancements
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
4+ years experience of Oracle Fusion administration
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or IT
Knowledge of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close process
Demonstrated ability to manage and enhance projects from design to implementation
