- Serve as liaison for FP&A team by completing and presenting an annual budget for all maintenance and repair expense accounts across organization
- Perform detailed variance analysis of monthly and year-to-date maintenance and repair expense variances to plan.
- Provide financial reporting for consolidated and regional expenses, as well as specific location financial reporting as needed.
- Work closely with preferred facilities management partners in completion of all variance analysis, budget, and forecasting activities.
- Bachelor Degree – Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of financial analysis or accounting
- Strong Excel abilities and focuses in BI software such as Tableau or Power BI
- Eager and hungry to learn new things and tackle new projects
- Ability to analyze large data sets and provide analysis
