WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Assist the facilities property manager with managing, coordinating, and exercising functional responsibility for facility management services with preferred facilities management partners
  • Track work orders through completion and prepare reporting on open and closed work orders and assist with preparing recurring reports for leadership.
  • Assist with capital expenditure projects by processing and tracking requests from the field, internal and external approvals, project close-out, and invoicing.
  • Assist with collecting warranty and construction close-out documentation
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities management
  • Strong understanding of Excel 
  • Eager and hungry to learn new things and tackle new projects
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and provide analysis
