WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Assist the facilities property manager with managing, coordinating, and exercising functional responsibility for facility management services with preferred facilities management partners
Track work orders through completion and prepare reporting on open and closed work orders and assist with preparing recurring reports for leadership.
Assist with capital expenditure projects by processing and tracking requests from the field, internal and external approvals, project close-out, and invoicing.
Assist with collecting warranty and construction close-out documentation
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
2+ years of experience in facilities management
Strong understanding of Excel
Eager and hungry to learn new things and tackle new projects
Ability to analyze large data sets and provide analysis
