- Troubleshoot the applications in a load balancer environment and with virtual server builds.
- Understand and validate standard configurations, SSL certificates, iRules and ltmpolicies.
- Understand application flows and common application design including authentication and database access.
- Configure Local Traffic Manager virtual servers, pools, profiles, and ltmpolicies.
- Troubleshoot settings and policies as they relate to customer configurations.
- Configure Global Load Balancing wide IPs.
- Take responsibility for meeting commitments; have a desire to succeed, and deliver solutions by deadline.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of previous experience
- Previous experience with F5 global and local load balancing, iRule creation, SSL and persistence profiles
- DNS and DNS Infrastructure experience
- Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and application development lifecycle concepts.
- Strong application and network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate network concepts and network challenges to both technical and non-technical people.
- Previous experience creating, troubleshooting, and supporting multi-site, multi-tiered environments
