WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Troubleshoot the applications in a load balancer environment and with virtual server builds.
Understand and validate standard configurations, SSL certificates, iRules and ltmpolicies.
Understand application flows and common application design including authentication and database access.
Configure Local Traffic Manager virtual servers, pools, profiles, and ltmpolicies.
Troubleshoot settings and policies as they relate to customer configurations.
Configure Global Load Balancing wide IPs.
Take responsibility for meeting commitments; have a desire to succeed, and deliver solutions by deadline.

Provide quality customer service; ensure an understanding with the customer and help provide workable solutions.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS Required Skills:
3+ years of previous experience
Previous experience with F5 global and local load balancing, iRule creation, SSL and persistence profiles
DNS and DNS Infrastructure experience
Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and application development lifecycle concepts.
Strong application and network troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate network concepts and network challenges to both technical and non-technical people.
Previous experience creating, troubleshooting, and supporting multi-site, multi-tiered environments
