  • This role is the connector of people, the advocate of talent and the educator of the employment market to candidates and clients alike in the area of wealth management, investment management, asset management or private banking
  • Individual will recruit both individual contributors and leadership resources up to include Senior Manager and Directors.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates while building relationships, with the objective of creating viable, diverse pipelines of talent for current and future openings.
  • Candidates must have a passion to achieve excellence in client and candidate interaction and be highly self-motivated.
  • Ability to execute and scale searches to meet the customers’ needs for key revenue producing roles. 
  • Our Recruiting team possesses a no-fear attitude towards making cold-calls to attract the top talent and build our network. 
  • Position is critical in communicating effectively via phone, email and LinkedIn the best candidates in the market are directly recruited or referred by strong relationships offering value. 
  • Heavy usage of internet research tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom Info, CareerBuilder and other databases. 
  • Proven negotiation skills, the ability to persuade and influence decision makers while building meaningful relationships.
  • Daily communication with professionals and one must feel confident at the Executive Suite level with both clients and candidates

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 7+ years of executive recruiting experience in the area of wealth management, investment management, asset management or private banking

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required along with excellent business acumen and research skills are critical.

  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills; ability to persuade and influence decision makers. Effective at presenting and excellent relationship building skills. 

  • Openness to New Experiences/Inquisitiveness - possess a natural curiosity, creativity, desire to learn, and a hungry mind.
