  • Onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina 5 days a week

  • The key focus for the Senior Executive Recruiter is to oversee the successful fulfillment of open Human Resources requisitions across executive search, staffing and Project Solutions
  • This position will lead intake calls and meetings to discuss current and forecasted hiring, document and communicate results internally, post jobs, actively source and recruit talent and support delivery activities.
  • Facilitate the high touch recruiting strategy utilizing our recruiting ecosystem including automation and internal recruiting teams.
  • Process, prioritize, and organize high volume business and requirements to ensure client delivery.
  • This position must have a passion to achieve excellence in client and candidate interaction and be highly self-motivated.
  • Lead other Recruiters when needed as a player/coach, actively engaged on searches to get results for our clients by thoroughly vetting talent and helping the recruiting team determine quality talent in the market.
  • Possess a no-fear attitude towards making cold-calls and networking calls to attract the top talent and build our network for our clients.
  • Communicate effectively on the telephone and thru email as the best candidates in the market are directly recruited or referred by relationships.
  • Heavy usage of internet research tools such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Dice, Zoom Info etc.
  • Proven negotiation skills, the ability to persuade and influence candidates and decision makers.
  • Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period of time.
  • Daily communication with Client Solutions/Sales, Recruitment, candidates, and sourcing/procurement
  • Staffing/Recruiting industry expertise, driving hands-on recruitment and delivery to clients - a proven success record is required
  • 2+ years client facing full cycle recruiting experience is required
  • Experienced corporate TA functions or agency in HR related professional fields
  • Openness to New Experiences/Inquisitiveness - possess a natural curiosity, creativity, desire to learn, and a hungry mind.
  • Extremely detail and process oriented – organizational skills are key!
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly polished, and professional remote/hybrid environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent business acumen and research skills are critical.
  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills; ability to persuade and influence decision makers.
