Executive Assistant to CEO in Charlotte, North Carolina
THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING:
Boutique financial services team specializing in Asset Management with a comprehensive record of success HQ in Southpark and NYC.
This position supports the CEO and others on the executives on the team as a liaison with financial executives across the globe.
Highly focused on integrity, respect, teamwork and commitment to ethical behavior with clients, communities and company.
Current team of 15 who are highly educated, credentialed and motivated for success.
WHY THE ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including internal and investor reports, drafting letters, memos, invoices, and other documents.
Puts together pitch books and assists in the development of the firms marketing plan and updates presentations for investors.
May conduct project research (within skills and expertise) to assist with projects or inquiries.
Coordinates and schedules travel, accommodations, meetings and appointments.
Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
Reviews and transfers emails to the appropriate person to determine follow-up.
Performs other general administrative duties as requested, which may include record keeping, maintaining office supplies, managing the break room, coordinating equipment maintenance, handling packages and correspondence.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

General knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire, familiarity with the functions of the firm’s business and with the roles of staff members. (Currently 15 staff members in firm)
Flexible and adaptable in various situations and capable of relationship building with clients, outside professional firms, and internal staff.
Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Three to five years in a related role required; in financial services or an Asset Management firm is a plus.
