Executive Assistant & Reporting Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina

As an Executive Assistant & Reporting Analyst, you will be supporting the Vice President of Delivery at Accrue. You will be responsible for calendar management and scheduling to keep the executives organized. You may also be called on to support business operations with business reporting utilizing Excel and our ATS system.  This role will support a number of small projects so if you are incredibly organized, have a great sense of humor, can be flexible during busy times, and are looking for a fast-paced environment filled with some of the most talented professionals, this could be a great fit for you.

What you will do:

  • Running personal and professional errands for the Vice President of Delivery and back up for the Principal Partners
  • Plan travel if needed for VP or internal interviews that may need to fly in from out of town
  • Coordinate lunches (pre-planned as well as last minute as needed) for VP or others in office
  • Manage calendars and apply good judgment when scheduling
  • Administration efforts
  • Arrange calls and meetings for VP
  • Other projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed
  • Support training schedules for the internal new hires
  • Back up support for AccruePartners Info Box and distribute accordingly to each division or person
  • Support Vice President with operational reports such as mid-week stats, COE expectation documents, submittal trackers.
  • Learn and be proficient in Cube19 to support report efforts and forecasting

 

How you are qualified:

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in other related fields is strongly preferred
  • Strong reporting knowledge – Experience with Excel is strongly desired
  • Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, and handle multiple tasks
  • A detail-oriented individual with problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Energetic, hard-working, competitive, and open-minded and brings a sense of humor to the workplace
  • Strong organizational skills as well as strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
