Provide strategic, analytical, and project management support ensuring leadership is aware of important events, milestones and issues in their area of responsibility
Design, manage and lead in-person, hybrid, and virtual leadership meetings and events
Facilitate timely communication and exchange of information among leadership and key stakeholders for projects/initiatives
Organize teams and integration of all appropriate clients, vendors, team members etc. involved in the execution and delivery of company projects
Contribute to and manage the overall development of internal communication i.e. emails, newsletters, presentations, event notes, etc.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Minimum 5-7 years of related experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multiple-projects environment
Strong strategic and critical thinking skills to identify connections between issues, data, and outcomes
Expert analytical skills utilized to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization
