WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Handle all travel coordinating including flights, hotel and rentals
  • Manage heavy volume bookings and calendar including scheduling meetings and calls as necessary
  • Complete special projects, some of which involve gathering, analyzing, and reporting data, training, and making recommendation
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Event planning for off-site and local conferences and meetings

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 3+ years’ experience in executive level support and/or office management experience is required
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook email and calendar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely reliable and flexible as priorities often change
  • NC Notary preferred
