• Design and create applications/solutions for IBM Power Systems using native development tools, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Thoroughly test and document applications, adhering to departmental standards for quality assurance.
• Collaborate on production support matters, including critical issue resolution and ticket handling from business users.
• Interface directly with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements, subsequently transforming them into comprehensive functional and technical design documents. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with over 5 years of RPGLE and RPG-FREE application development experience in a sizeable ERP environment.
• Proficiency in change management, including familiarity with tools like Aldon; exposure to web services, JSON, REST APIs is advantageous.
• Knowledgeable about systems applications within sales and service settings; experienced with large ERP implementations and change management processes.
• Skillful in testing, debugging, and modifying applications utilizing RPGLE, RPG-FREE, CL, Webservices, and XML. 
• Preferred experience with Help Systems products.
