THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Supply Chain Management, or equivalent years’ in IT or Supply Chain functional role
5+ years in project management role in the Manufacturing industry (preferred).
Strong background implementing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 in large enterprise environments
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Project Management and/or support large complex ERP projects through the full project life cycle.
Expert at leading projects, change management, proactive in problem resolution.
Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong relationship building, verbal and written communication skills and comfortable presenting to different levels in the organization, across multiple countries and cultures.
Excellent leadership, strategic business mindset, conflict resolution abilities, timely decision making, and change management expertise.
Highly collaborative and team oriented.
Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Self-starter, highly organized, multi-tasker, set priorities, complete tasks, and meet deadlines and within budget with minimal supervision, and ability to work through ambiguity.
