WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

• Work directly with the staff to design, develop, and deliver business and reporting solutions within Epicor ERP system
• Provide daily support for ERP users and update monthly reporting metrics on the ERP
• Evaluate opportunity for process improvement within Epicor and better, more efficient delivery of business intelligence

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience in IT
• 2+ years of experience delivering ERP solutions, ideally working with Epicor
• Experience obtaining, organizing, and presenting data from a variety of sources
• Experience with Epicor E10 is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Cognos, Crystal Reports, SSRS, or SQL
• Excellent communication skills to work enterprise wide from C Suite down
