Enterprise Delivery Manager

The purpose of the Enterprise Delivery Manager is to manage the enterprise recruiters and sourcers to increase results with our clients.  This position is responsible for contract staffing in our largest enterprise clients with a heavy emphasis in North Carolina and across 41 states including remote options.  The scope of this role is responsible for over 300 requisitions under management and growing.

Key Criteria:

  • Accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations including recruitment resources, client specific SLAs and compliance with process
  • Ensure that incoming opportunities from existing named clients are organized / distributed and covered by their recruitment organization in compliance with agreed to SLA’s
  • Coach, mentor, manage and direct recruiting staff on creative recruiting strategies to increase submittals to clients to win business.
  • Attend intake meetings with clients and recruiting delivery team to fully understand the requisitions coming through the system. Request intakes when not provided to ensure success.
  • Manage delivery to the ABS and Sourcing Checklist to ensure submittals within 48 hours
  • Ensure that there is clear communication between the Client Service Managers (Sales, Business Development) and the delivery/recruiting team, both onshore and offshore, to prevent issues and process deficiencies that can / will impact productivity and efficiency of delivery.
  • Capture, measure, and report against daily and weekly workstreams to ensure stakeholders are aware of progress and status.
  • Ensure that workstream items are documented within Bullhorn and client portals such as Fieldglass, Coupa, Workday and others defined by client
  • Participate with Account leaders in customer reviews and status meetings.
  • Work with stakeholders in a manner that is proactive and leads to a cycle of continuous improvement. 
  • Ensure that recruiting team is achieving their weekly / monthly activity goals and placement goals.
  • Capture and provide detailed statistics to allow in the development of accurate forecasting.
  • Work with Client Delivery Managers to develop and maintain org charts on accounts. Keep updated and discuss with the delivery team.


  • Full awareness and knowledge of end to end recruiting process of contingent labor programs and contract staffing

  • Ability to proactively drive efficiencies and performance within direct report organizations
  • Superior skills with reporting and Bullhorn and other platforms to ensure highly effective data reporting for SLA’s and forecasting
  • Ability to stay focused in an environment that will feel chaotic based on noise level
  • Ability to clearly articulate to Client Service Managers where their coverage status stands and what expectations they should have from a daily and weekly basis
  • Ability to work with Client Service Managers in a peer level capacity, providing clarity of priorities and coverage

  • Executing 30-day, 90-day, and 6-month reviews to Delivery Team
  • Driving recruiters to metrics of success required; Prescreens, submittals; interviews
  • Maintain highest possible ranking in client accounts for meeting SLA’s and driving increased recruiter performance
  • Weekly reporting to executive team on output, challenges and resources needed to be successful 


Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years contingent staffing management experience
  • Knowledge of technology, marketing, accounting, and HR skillsets
  • Ability to create search string/Boolean strings to support delivery team
  • Ability to train and adopt the company’s business system
  • MS Excel; intermediate required
  • Bullhorn preferred
