WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

Create Change Management Plan documentation based on all the defined change levers for upcoming changes

Support and Administer Communication Plan, Training Plan, Support Plan, Feedback and Measurement Plan

Document vision of Change Agility model/effective meetings, teaming, collaboration based on inputs from Leadership teams 

Ensure all Change Management updates are consolidated for monthly senior leader alignment meeting

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

At least 2-3 years of Change Management experience

Strong communication skills and a demonstrated background of executive visibility

Ability to be agile, pivot quickly and operate ‘in the gray’

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)

Thrives in a fast paced environment
