Principal Expectations:
- Detail-oriented enterprise architect to assist in the setting strategy for platforms of our organization.
- The enterprise architect's responsibilities include improving the current EA operating model, optimizing business capabilities, and setting the direction and approach for integrating information applications and programs.
- Responsible for cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components to adequately perform the organization's business and technology activities.
- To be successful as an enterprise architect, you should have expertise in financial services, excellent technical and analytical skills. You should also have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycles and system architectures
- Ability to model efficient architectures and evaluate relevant technologies
- Previous experience with common EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
- Data-driven report building and presentation experience
- Ability to influence decisions at both the corporate and departmental level
- Previous experience selecting and implementing EA tools like Bizdesign
