THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Principal Expectations:
  • Detail-oriented enterprise architect to assist in the setting strategy for platforms of our organization.
  • The enterprise architect's responsibilities include improving the current EA operating model, optimizing business capabilities, and setting the direction and approach for integrating information applications and programs.
  • Responsible for cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components to adequately perform the organization's business and technology activities.
  • To be successful as an enterprise architect, you should have expertise in financial services, excellent technical and analytical skills. You should also have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycles and system architectures
  • Ability to model efficient architectures and evaluate relevant technologies 
  • Previous experience with common EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
  • Data-driven report building and presentation experience
  • Ability to influence decisions at both the corporate and departmental level
  • Previous experience selecting and implementing EA tools like Bizdesign
