WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
The Enterprise Applications Lead will contribute to the company's success by driving business value through leading the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s enterprise technology systems.
Responsible for the company’s workforce management applications, internal-facing custom application development, and API/ESB/SOA architecture.
This position is Global in scope, and is hands-on in nature. You will need to have a strong background in architecture, Agile DevOps, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals and developers.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant IT work experience leading complex software engineering and architecture initiatives.
Strong background in leading/mentoring teams.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and e-commerce teams, business partners, stakeholders, off-shore teams, and vendors.
Highly proficient with the .NET technology stack.
Experience building enterprise API gateways, ESB, and/or Microservice solutions architecture
Experience with Mulesoft or similar API management architecture
Ability to write custom APIs and experience working on API development and integration projects.
Azure experience - moving on prem dev stack to the cloud.
