WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Lead the design and deployment of an organization-wide Talent Management process; Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent
Be an expert on career development, developing a scalable strategy for career pathing
Designing, deployment and management of intern and fulltime leadership pipelines programs (LEAD, etc) in collaboration with program managers – which could include goals, strategy and process
Operate as a business advisor on talent initiatives through developing strong relationships with to HRLT and BU leaders
Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning
Ensure that organization-wide talent management and performance management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
6+ years of Talent Management experience with knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning design experience.
Experience coaching, developing and training individuals throughout their career journey.
The ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical learning and development initiatives.
