WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Recruit and build a TA team while providing leadership and working alongside them to meet the business needs.
Implement a talent strategy to suppler all global efforts
Design and deliver talent programs that support HR and Talent strategies as well as the business needs.
Develop and train internal teams on effective hiring and selection best practices for the current market to include evaluating candidates, interviewing techniques, removing the bias from the process through the selection process.
Assist in building out the employer brand to improve attractiveness as an employer of choice by recommending new policies, process improvements & practices.
Develop and implement programs to drive and promote the brand to attract high performing candidates.
Manage all the on boarding for contractors to include vetting independent contractors, approving staffing levels and working with the Finance team on budget approvals.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate files in the ATS while building applicant pipelines through all channels to support the needs of the organization.
Ensure timely communication with all candidates and hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience thought the interview process.
Support the organizations commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by developing strategies and reduce bias in our interviewing processes.
Liaise with HR on job offer packages to ensure consistency in compensation practices and to effectively on board all new employees.
Partner with HR and Legal to understand current legislation and train managers on regulations that apply to the hiring process.
Ensure operational excellence and effective service delivery in all aspects of Talent.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor's Degree required.
8-10 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition space.
Experience recruiting in the technical and product development space.
Proven success having built rapport with C-level executives.
