WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Supervise and develop National Recruiting team members and projects.
Direct the training and development of local market recruiting staff.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and evaluate processes and systems for efficient and effective candidate screening.
Identify optimal candidate characteristics and collaborate with Marketing Team to form a strategy to target those individuals.
Communicate organizational priorities and initiatives both globally and within the team.
Collaborate with Market, MG and Executive leadership regarding talent acquisition needs.
Define and track appropriate KPI’s and communicate to leadership.
Research emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts and techniques to update current talent acquisition and sourcing strategy.
Ensure recruitment efforts and programs are in compliance with company, professional standards and state and federal laws and regulations.
Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that satisfy the business needs.
Develop effective relationships within the organization and hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.
Lead the strategic process of developing the skills and competencies of employees to advance their careers
Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
Create training programs that are designed to effectively engage employees.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
10+ years Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience
Experience in working with applicant tracking systems.
Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs.
Customer Focus: Knowing the (internal and external) customer business needs and acting accordingly; anticipating customer need and giving high priority to customer satisfaction and customer service.
