  • Supervise and develop National Recruiting team members and projects.
  •  Direct the training and development of local market recruiting staff.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and evaluate processes and systems for efficient and effective candidate screening.
  • Identify optimal candidate characteristics and collaborate with Marketing Team to form a strategy to target those individuals.
  • Communicate organizational priorities and initiatives both globally and within the team.
  • Collaborate with Market, MG and Executive leadership regarding talent acquisition needs.
  • Define and track appropriate KPI’s and communicate to leadership.
  • Research emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts and techniques to update current talent acquisition and sourcing strategy.
  • Ensure recruitment efforts and programs are in compliance with company, professional standards and state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that satisfy the business needs.
  • Develop effective relationships within the organization and hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.
  • Lead the strategic process of developing the skills and competencies of employees to advance their careers
  • Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
  • Create training programs that are designed to effectively engage employees.



  • 10+ years Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience in working with applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs.
  • Customer Focus: Knowing the (internal and external) customer business needs and acting accordingly; anticipating customer need and giving high priority to customer satisfaction and customer service.
