The Director of Logistics will be responsible for a team that is dedicated to managing corporate owned warehouses for the company's Platform Services businesses across a range of product categories, including Heating & Cooling products, Exhaust products, Filtration products and other automotive and shop supplies



The Director of Product Sourcing will be responsible for a team that is dedicated to sourcing & procuring the company’s Platform Services businesses across a range of product categories, including Heating & Colling products, Exhaust products, Filtration products and other Automotive and shop supplies needed



  • Lead the US Sourcing team, including managing team members’ domestic and overseas, coordinating with other members of the Driven Brands procurement team or brand operations teams and vendors
  • Evaluating and developing procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize cost, and negotiating supplier contracts
  • Working with suppliers & freight forwarders to move products from production to delivery.
  • Develop reporting and KPIs on inventory, delivery time, and other relevant metrics to drive performance of the department
  • Report on and propose solutions to executive leadership on current gaps in performance and potential opportunities
  • Communicate with stakeholders, both corporate and franchisees, on any issues, new initiatives, or other important topics


  • 12+ years sourcing, procurement, contract negotiations experience
  • 10+ years of professional experience working within large matrixed organizations, with proven track record of innovation, delivery, and results
  • Experience building and managing a global based team & working with overseas manufactures
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a positive   
  • Strong analytical skills & Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required,
  • experience with e-commerce platforms, large databases and ERPs preferred.
  • Business-savvy, creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ownership mentality, desire to learn, work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
