THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: 

• Engineered solutions industry experience is required 

• 6-10+ years of experience of any combination of marketing or marketing communications

• Expertise in aligning marketing communications to business growth objectives is required 

• Experience directly supervising teams is required 

• Proven ability to build excellent relationships cross-functionally and across the organization is required
