- Lead the instructional design and learning design team - foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Stay up to date with L&D trends in the industry - implement them into our client's curriculum
- Establish a Net Promoter Score eval system for all developed content, regardless of modality
- Develop and build learning design and technology strategy and execute on agreed roadmap
- Responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of the learning management system (LMS)
- Direct internal day-to-day project operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to product design specifications.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 7-10 years’ experience as a Learning Experience Designer or Learning Program Manager.
- Experience directing project operations for timely delivery within budget and to meet design specs.
- Experience monitoring and adapting to changes in the learning and development industry to align with best practices..
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be an experienced user of Articulate, Storyline and Adobe Suites.
