LOCATION:
- Charlotte, NC preferred
- Remote in the US - Must be willing to travel onsite within North Carolina 1-2x a month
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- The Director of Integration Strategy will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of integrating multiple branches within the company’s platform.
- Working directly with the Chief Data and Integration Officer, this role will have high visibility and responsibility for creating the strategy and execution of integration plans.
- This role will be responsible for end to end project management, change management and corporate strategy functions.
- Work closely with branch management and executive leadership on identifying areas for process improvement and implementing organizational changes.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 5+ years of experience in change management, management consulting, corporate strategy and/or project management.
- MBA, highly preferred.
- Experience in evaluating qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of a program/process and build out best plan of action.
- Strong forward-thinking, strategic skillset in having experience building programs from scratch or scaling already existing operations.
- Self-starter who finds enjoyment through developing solutions around complex and ambiguous issues.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or related field service management software, preferred.
