WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

• Reporting directly to the CIO, you will lead and advises IT and Business Partners on Technology Architecture, including: 
  • Cloud
  • Data
  • Applications
  • Infrastructure 
• Lead efforts on establishing global architecture strategy strategy and is responsible for establishing technologically sounds and business appropriate architecture standards.  
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Business Intelligence, Applications, and Security team to establish architectural standards.
• Support business needs by providing senior-most / 3rd tier technical support for Global IT Environment.
• Lead and Manage technical projects from conception through implementation.
• Contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management.  

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, etc Required 
  • An advanced degree is preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the IT and Architecture space
•  Must have expert level working knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies
• Strong Cloud Management and Migrations experience.
• Experienced in Cloud Environment Design and Implementation 
• Strong background and experience with Infrastructure technologies and hardware 
• Strong understanding of data and data modeling, including: moving, handling, and storage of data. 
• Experience working with Cyber Security technologies and associated best practices.
• Knowledge of Application Development and Agile methodologies 
• Ability to produce technological documentation, including:  Architectural Diagrams, Entity-Relationship Diagrams, Data-Flow Diagrams, Flow Charts, Network Diagrams to name a few.
• Ability to work as part of an international team and possess a positive attitude and approach.
