WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Responsible for the Corporate Business Unit forecast, budget, pacing, etc. (Corporate BU include all functional teams like Accounting, Finance, Legal, HR)
• Will manage the Corporate allocations process across the entire enterprise, which requires excellent stakeholder management / relationship skills
• Will report to the VP of FP&A with close CFO relationship (skip-level reporting to CFO)
• Will also compile each BU’s reporting package into the consolidated submission up to Parent

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• 10+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proven track record demonstrating an aptitude to take ownership of projects: being the point person to develop, design and implement process
• Robust analytical skills and extensive Excel experience required
• Stellar communicator: this individual will interact with/present to senior leaders, partners, a multitude of audiences on a regular basis
• Must be comfortable operating in opaque start-up environment and have an appetite for continuous improvement and partnership
