WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
You will drive the extensive scope of the commission program and plans accross multiple sales channels
You will be the subject matter expert for plan development, Technology group function, and cradle to grave processes on expense coding and allocation
Lead go to market strategies through compensation programs, while collaborating with divisional executives on plan strategy, direction, and other inputs
This role will also report on compensation summaries by
division to Finance executives to ensure clear reconciliation of pay practices to GL transactions.
Creating strong and credible relationships with RVPs, SVPs, and Executive Management will be
critical to this role’s success.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar discipline or equivalent experience plus 15 years of sales, compensation and/or financial analytics experience, including at least 3 years of experience leading a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as internal and external customer
service skills that translate into professional and courteous relationships
Must be organized, highly motivated, able to work independently and possess strong time management skills
Capacity to work under pressure and intermittently take on heavy workloads
