WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
The HRIS Leader will lead a team of analysts to manage HR technology solutions and their global HR information system (Workday).
Responsible for being the SME for all things Workday HR.
You will be working with employees that are in the field up to internal stakeholders/executive leadership so excellent communication is a must.
Responsible for configuration and implementation of business process upgrades and system enhancements. The HRIS Leader will also lead testing and data validations, maintain data integrity, and ensure that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Leader that is a self-starter but who can also be hands on and help when needed.
Familiar with Integrations (WD Studio, Core Connectors, etc.).
Minimum of 4 years’ experience with Workday HCM configuration.
2 Years of management and Workday experience in a retail environment or for a mid-size to large company.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll & Time Tracking functionality and business process configuration
