LOCATION:
Charlotte, NC - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
100% remote will be considered for the right candidate
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Leverage quantitative techniques to bring Media Mix Modeling process in-house
Develop subject matter expertise in all sources of marketing measurement data: digital channels, organic social trends, awareness trends, site activity, etc.
Participate in the development of KPIs to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing spend across all channels
Work closely with various data owners across business lines to create a fluid ecosystem of business and marketing metrics updated at the speed of now.
Develop measurement approaches for online and offline channels, seeking appropriate sources and linkages.
Develop insights and trends by hands-on data analysis. Always asking the question of “How to make performance stronger”. Will work with cross-functional teams to advise on measurement (LOB Leads; channels like Social, Content, Paid Search)
Collaborate closely with site personalization teams to evolve marketing metrics to full journey level reporting by audience segments, offers, and creative
Prepare and present executive level reports showing marketing performance and trends over time, across all channels.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
7+ years’ experience in advanced analytics, media mix modeling, marketing metrics, statistics, with comfort in query languages like SQL.
Clear understanding of conversion funnel metrics, analytics, and levers for marketing success
Hands-on experience building marketing measurement models
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics/Statistics, Marketing, or another related field
Experience in marketing analytics at a marketing agency or client-side marketing
Familiarity with Python, R, and Snowflake are a plus
Understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics also a plus
