BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor's degree in business or other related field; 15+ years of experience in a customer call center or related environment
  • Salesforce experience required, ServiceMax experience a plus
  • Strategic, forward thinker with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and influence business decisions
  • Ability to work well with different teams and adapt to changes as this role will be changing and transforming
  • Must be a highly driven individual with proven organization, communication and decision making skills
