WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We are seeking a highly ambitious and driven Sr Product Manager to help build out new features in Mortgage, Online Banking, and Online Account Origination (depending on the candidate’s background alignment)
In this role, the candidate will drive our client's evolving online and mobile experience.
Comprehensive understanding of product management and its specific role as the end-to-end Product Owner is critical
Anticipates organization or customer needs for the small business segment, drives the solution and product design, ensuring a differentiated experience
Execute at the strategic level generating bold and innovative digital ideas for growth and at the tactical level working with technology teams within an Agile framework for development
Work closely with Digital Consumer segment lead to understand the Line of Business' strategy, products, services, distribution channels, competitors and customers
Understand evolving customer needs, priorities, and behaviors to identify opportunities to develop and improve digital products, capabilities, and client experience
Proactively keep abreast of market trends, the company's digital channels, customer feedback and analytics to inform a strong understanding of the broader business, technology, digital/mobile marketplace
Translate product strategy into a multi-year roadmap with supporting businesses cases
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with 3rd party software vendors, consolidate and integrate product requirements from across the consumer businesses and prioritize investments
Define, track, and realize key digital performance metrics to inform product enhancements and opportunities
Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area
This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role
Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion
Performs other related duties as required
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of experience in Digital products/channels/programs
Proven track record of successfully moving complex bodies of work from concept to launch
Thought leader with demonstrated ability to frame business needs into delivery roadmaps, define development agenda, and execute with precision
Experience managing an agile design-driven, user-centered product and development team supporting the delivery of web/mobile based commercial product(s)
Experience in technical product solutioning and/or development
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with current and emerging digital technologies
