  • Use a broad and deep understanding of technical concepts in multiple specialized fields to develop solutions to problems and critical design issues.
  • Work independently and supervise the work of lower level personnel.
  • Create solutions that significantly impact the success of the customer and department.
  • Work with Leadership to guide the overall plan, goal, or project to improve efficiency
  • Configure, implement, and tune -technology- solutions to meet business and technical requirements on designated projects
  • Participate in system testing activities related to infrastructure solutions
  • Create user documentation to ensure effective operations/support of the infrastructure solution
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Monitor technology availability and reliability and when necessary will assist with leading cross-domain operational/engineering teams and LOB application teams to triage high priority or performance degrading incidents
  • Assist with operations and production coverage; provide 1st and 2ndlevel support for technical area of responsibility
  • Support/Perform change requests as required for hardware upgrades, additions, configuration changes, etc. with proactive co-ordination with vendors and our company partners Align with Change Management, Release Management, IT Risk - Compliance processes and standards


  • 7+ years of experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or other relevant field of study preferred
  • Solid understanding of enterprise platforms and operating systems
  • Proficiency in all the infrastructure layers, hardware, OS, virtualization, storage, network, database and security within cloud environments (AWS and Azure)
  • Strong service orientated, collaborative attitude with both peers and internal customers
  • Knowledge of standards in IT architecture and infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Solid understanding of data security requirements, policies and auditing processes
  • Constant process improvement to reduce delivery time and increase customer satisfaction In depth technical knowledge with the following specific technologies: Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) Cloud Providers Azure and AWS CI/CD
  • Management Logging/Alerting: Splunk, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor Cloudformation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager Templates Python/Bash automation
  • Relational and Non-Relational database management
  • Container Lifecycle management Supporting/Deploying Python and Scala based applications Static and Dynamic application security testing
