WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Be able to be hands on as well as manage infrastructure in lower environments for both on-prem and cloud based environment.
Manage a team of DevOps Engineers through their prioritization of work, coordinating and scheduling daily/weekly/monthly activities, performance reviews etc.
The DevOps Manager will interact heavily with companies partners including C-Suite. Must have vigorous communication skills.
Collaborate with developers and engineers to design, deploy, manage and document CI/CD Pipelines.
Automate and optimize deployment of applications and infrastructure both for on-prem and cloud environment.
HOW YOU QUALIFY:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
5+ years’ experience working in a Linux/Unix environment, DevOps, Release Engineering or Software Engineering and Azure environment
Experience with SQL and No-SQL databases
Great communication skills coupled with a strong desire for personal development and learning
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated technical leadership
Experience working in managing Project with strong understanding of tools and automation frameworks
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to Coach and be open to be Coached to be effective problem solvers, to deal with ambiguity/unknowns, to connect with the big picture (business value), to call out barriers to delivery and, to be mission focused.
