WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED: Remote

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Oversee the creation and approval of technical documentation including solution definition documents and technical design documents
  • Strong knowledge and experience of CI/CD, Deployment Automation, Application Development & Support, and Cloud containerization
  • Ensure documentation is aligned to functional requirements and uses document templates that meet SDLC standards
  • Create architecture diagram and application flow diagram
  • Identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of the project to minimize adverse effects on other projects and / or programs
  • Manage day to day technical challenges and communicate to manager any risks or issues associated with the development activities
  • Maintain the tools up-time at 99.9%
  • Experience with Infrastructure cloud tools such as Terraform, Docker, Aspire, etc, for containerization
  • Build a strong relationship with the development teams to understand the code, its dependencies, and the infrastructure on which it runs.
  • Build and maintain systems that will monitor all aspects of the application and the infrastructure.
  • Assist development team with deployment strategy and capacity planning across development, QA, staging and production environments.
  • Work with the development team to deploy and manage tools that support SDLC automation, configuration management, and release management.
  • Strong understanding and experience operating in an agile development environment.
