WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

• Responsible for performing IT maintenance, troubleshooting technology, working closely in the Tech Support Team lead and various team members. 
• Deploying software and equipment updates and upgrades as needed.
• Troubleshooting various desktop issues as they arise
• Providing the highest level of customer support and satisfaction
• First line of contact for IT technical support 
• Ability to work autonomously and take direction when needed

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience in the IT Desktop Support space
• 2-3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Tech or IT Support 
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to the following: 
  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
  • Hardware / Software issues
  • Printers 
  • Android tablets/mobile devices
  • Password resets 
  • Application support 
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction 
• Ability to work on-site and travel to various locations in the greater Charlotte metro area as needed
