  • Responsible for the support of end-user, laptop, phone, and desktop
  • Must be able to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Will need to troubleshoot/repair computer systems

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Must have a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 3+ years of IT support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong comprehension with Microsoft operating systems
  • Active Directory skills are a plus
  • ComTIA Certification is a plus
  • Experience working with networks and servers
