  • On-Site in Spartanburg, SC / Must be willing to travel to Charlotte office on occasion

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • The Helpdesk Specialist will work under the IT Infrastructure Team Lead to support US based operations and local infrastructure.
  • Support local warehouse IT infrastructure, users, production applications and internal ERP system to ensure steady operations.
  • Work with parallel MSPs and overseas teams to support MS Dynamics and internal products.
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced technical environment as a Desktop Support Specialist.
  • Experience working within a Windows environment supporting MS Office 365.
  • Prior experience with MS Dynamics 365, highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in working with users, vendors and colleagues to troubleshoot technical issues.
