On-Site in Spartanburg, SC / Must be willing to travel to Charlotte office on occasion

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
The Helpdesk Specialist will work under the IT Infrastructure Team Lead to support US based operations and local infrastructure.
Support local warehouse IT infrastructure, users, production applications and internal ERP system to ensure steady operations.
Work with parallel MSPs and overseas teams to support MS Dynamics and internal products.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
2-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced technical environment as a Desktop Support Specialist.
Experience working within a Windows environment supporting MS Office 365.
Prior experience with MS Dynamics 365, highly preferred.
Strong communication skills in working with users, vendors and colleagues to troubleshoot technical issues.
