WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Assist end users with moderate to complex, software and operating system issues. Configure and install new computeriOS hardware and software. Perform asset management including updates and reconciliation.
Will be the "voice" of IT on project delivery and channel needs of the site back to the corporate office.
Responsible for all Technology within the facility.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area or work experience
Experience with Microsoft O365, SCCM, Windows 7 and Windows 10, and Active Directory
Experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Experience working with mobile devices (iOS tablets and phones), and hand-held scanners preferred.
CompTIA A or other Microsoft certifications preferred.
Excellent communication skills - Soft skills very important.
Ability to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable working in ambiguous environment.
