- Creates 18+ month demand forecasts, ensuring precision using statistical models and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Maintains and enhances demand plans, making the organization agile in response to market changes.
- Proactive identification and resolution of demand issues minimize disruptions.

- Possess a deep understanding of statistical modeling techniques, making data-driven decisions to create accurate demand forecasts.
- Proficiency in supply chain and inventory planning concepts.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented capabilities for accurate forecasting and KPI monitoring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Prior experience in manufacturing operations, combined with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
