WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Drives strategic demand planning within the Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) process, impacting production and customer service decisions.
Creates 18+ month demand forecasts, ensuring precision using statistical models and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Maintains and enhances demand plans, making the organization agile in response to market changes.
Proactive identification and resolution of demand issues minimize disruptions.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Possess a deep understanding of statistical modeling techniques, making data-driven decisions to create accurate demand forecasts.
Proficiency in supply chain and inventory planning concepts.
Strong analytical and detail-oriented capabilities for accurate forecasting and KPI monitoring.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Prior experience in manufacturing operations, combined with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
