Expertise in Collibra DG and DQ toolset.
Will be a subject matter expert in Collibra and help teams to adopt Collibra for Governance activities.
Champion and drive improvement in data management and Governance practices.
Support the creation and implementation of processes and procedures to support data standards and control frameworks.
Meet with necessary stakeholders for Business Glossary implementation.
Act as SME on Governance practices to help Data stewards' day to day activities.
Define Data Catalogs.
Collecting and interpreting data, understand the relationship between the data elements.
Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
Filter and “clean” data by defining the data quality rules.
Perform Data Profiling tasks.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS Required Skills:
Strong knowledge and understanding of data architecture and modeling practices and concepts including entity-relationship diagrams, normalization, abstraction, denormalization, dimensional modeling, and meta data modeling practices.
Data Governance Practices – Business Glossary, Data catalogs, source to target mappings, Data Quality etc.
Proficient SQL knowledge preferably on Oracle and Snowflake Databases
Familiarity with Governance tools. Collibra is a must
Preferred knowledge of financialasset management domain
