• Creates appropriate project documentation, balances stakeholder needs, and effectively negotiates tradeoffs between scope, schedule, and budget
• Lead scrum teams
• Creates, manages, and understands impacts to project scope, constraints, and schedule
• Manage Risks and Issues associated with project delivery.
• Establish and Manage Resource Plans supporting project delivery.
• Maintain Project Plan and/or Product Backlogs
• Develops and routinely reassesses project budgets to account for variances and ensures accuracy
• Creates performance and status reports for relevant stakeholders, including Senior Leadership
• Defines roles and responsibilities of project team members
• Lead associated project team meetings/ceremonies.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related fields
• 6+ years of IT Project Management experience
• 3+ years of program management and project financials
• Proficiency using waterfall, Agile delivery, JIRA, and Scrum
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project)
• Financial Services skills is a plus
• Experience with SAFe
• PMP Certification is a plus
