WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Ensure availability of PAM services across the organization.
Utilize PAM solutions including but not limited to, enterprise password vault, application password vault, identity management systems, etc… to deliver services.
Manage and respond to incidents, service requests and problem management within established SLAs.
Participate in all key activities related to service availability and continuity including disaster recovery exercises
Collaborate with PAM architecture & engineering team to drive enhancements, new functionalities, and scope increase.
Take active role in operationalizing new service offerings, tools, and processes.
Ensure that the PAM service, solutions & implementations are in compliance with internal and financial regulatory standards. (SOX, FRBB, NY DFS, NIST)
Collaborate with other IAM teams and information technology teams to ensure PAM services are implemented with a strategic purpose.
Propose and drive initiatives that positively contributes to the overall IAM service portfolio and roadmap.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
5+ years of overall IT experience
2+ years of experience in IAM role
2+ years of windows and Mac OS administration
Experience with privileged access management
Experience creating technical documents, such as standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles
Experience with scripting languages, Bash, Perl, Python, Powershell
